Developers look to bring back the Baker Hotel in Mineral Wells

Took photos for a story about how a development team is looking to restore the Baker Hotel in downtown Mineral Wells. The 14-story building opened two weeks after the stock market crash in 1929 and closed down in 1972. The building has stood empty for the past 38 years. Only graffiti, mostly from high school senior classes, and a few items of furniture are all thats left on the inside.
